Please provide me with the documentation indicated below within 5 days to begin the application process. Disregard items that do not apply to you.
INCOME:

Pay Stubs: Covering most recent 30 day period

W-2 forms: For the past 2 years

If you are self-employed, paid commissions or receive rent, provide tax returns for last 2 years and copy of business license.

Social Security, pension, disability, child support, and alimony - we will need the actual award letter showing how much you received and it must continue for 36 months.
ASSETS:
- Bank, Investment and/or 401k statements: Include all pages of 2 most recent statements
- If new purchase is contingent upon sale of existing home, provide settlement statement of previouse home or contact if pending sale
- Gift: Provide gift letter and documentation showing where money is coming from and proof that it has been deposited into your account (updated bank statement or printout showing deposit in your account)
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:
- Rental history: Provide name, address and phone numbers of landlords for the past 2 years. Provide a letter of explanation if you have not paid rent or pay in cash.
- Bankruptcy: Provide inital filing papers and discharge papers (all pages)
- Divorce: All pages of signed decree
- VA Loan: Certificate of eligilbility, copy of DD214
- Check for appraisal fee and credit report
- Cash out letter stating reason for takig cash out
- Credit explantion letter for recent inquiry on your credit report
- Copy or proof of Home Owner's Insurance
